  • Just four weeks. When you schedule your start date with me, I hold those four weeks in my calendar to focus just on your project

    • 50% Paid at the time of signing your contract with me.

    • 50% Due before ownership of the website is transferred to you (typically during or just before our launch call).

  • Absolutely. I can build you a simple one page website or a more complex 10-15 page site. Whatever your needs, I give all my clients the VIP treatment and ensure that the process is as smooth and easy for you as possible.

    With that in mind, most solopreneurs and small businesses will get the most benefit from a 10 page website that both works to get you new clients and get found on Google.

    On our Discovery Call we will discuss your needs in-depth and you’ll be provided with a quote for your project.

  • For an additional charge, I offer every client a mini brand package if they need it.

    This includes a basic wordmark logo, a secondary letter mark logo, brand colors and brand fonts, delivered as a Brand Board as part of my preliminary design work before building the website.

    As my client you will have the opportunity to make revisions to the brand board before we move forward to the website design.

    You'll also receive high resolution .PNG and .AI files of all your branding materials at the end of the project.

    If you already have a logo, colors, fonts etc you’ll need to provide those assets before we begin the project and you’ll still receive a brand board which defines the look and feel of the website.

  • This is not legal advice. I suggest speaking with you attorney to receive qualified legal advice on this subject.


    Generally speaking each state and/or country will have their own laws regarding T&C and Privacy Policy pages. It is your responsibility as the web design client to research and understand the laws in your area. Most likely, they will be legally required for you to have.

    It is also your responsibility to acquire a final draft of each of these documents and submit them to me. I will add them to your website as 2 additional pages at no extra charge.

    Two websites you can easily acquire these documents and have them customized to fit the needs of your business are:

    Here’s how:

    Chat GPT
    At the beginning of each project I use Chat GPT to plan the structure and content for the website I’m about to build. GPT can offer many suggestions that I cherry pick and customize to fit the needs and goals of the project.

    Generative Image AI
    I use Generative AI to do things like: Upsize low resolution photos, de-noise photos, remove small unwanted/distracting objects from photos

    I do not use Generative AI for things like: creating graphics/images from nothing but a text prompt, in place of photography or for any kind of branding materials.

    Over the last couple years stock imagery websites have been flooded with AI generated images. I use stock imagery to some extent in every project, but, I do not use any stock imagery that is AI generated.
